So you want to know how to "level-up". Well, it's only natural to want to know how to get stronger, but that shouldn't be your first priority here.

Nonetheless, I'll tell you.
[Testing12] doesn't work on a traditional leveling system. Instead, you are rewarded based on how you role play, that is, what you do in character. Also, all advancement (stats, abilities, etc.) are gained through the same means: Custom Enhancement Points (CEP). Through these you can upgrade your character in any way you wish. The exceptions are spells and techniques, which can also be learned through in-game study/training.
(There may be other ways to upgrade, but you'll have to find those out yourself.

)
If you have a CEP Private Message me and describe your desired enhancement. You can shoot for just about anything, the sky is the limit. Stat enhancement, new skills, new abilities, whatever you want. I can't guarantee it'll be approved, but I'll bargain back and forth with you until we get to a nice agreement.
Your current abilities, stats, race, actions in-game, and character personality are all factors considered when approving an enhancement. You can save them up to use all-together, but it's usually better to work your way there step-by-step and more likely to get it accepted.

Note that [humanoids] get a little more lenience on their enhancements than other races.
There is no set schedule for when you get your next CEP, no experience points, no post counting, nada. These common static ways of tracking things are unfair to those who don't like combat and/or encourages junk posting. If you've earned one I'll PM you about it. If you think you deserve one and haven't gotten it, PM me about it! Who knows, you might just get it. Here are some ways to increase your chances of getting them:
-Being active
-Writing posts well
-Role playing well
-Completing certain in-game events
-Bribery
-Being kind
-Advancing the story
Regarding those last two, if your character is an asshole go ahead, be an asshole to the other characters, but respect the players behind them! And as for advancing the story...That's up to you! You and your character, chose a path in this world and follow it! Every step forward brings more to light.
